We’ll allocate 75 minutes to get down to the nitty gritty. We’ll focus specifically on your goals and expectations for our time together. We’ll review:

  • Overall medical history
  • Relevant nutrition life “moments” (if any)
  • Your current schedule
  • Your skills in the kitchen
  • How you shop for groceries
  • Favorite foods, and typical meals/snacks
  • How you move, and your thoughts about your current food/movement habits

We’ll also talk about what may be missing, your ideal approach to food/feeding yourself, and most importantly, how to make these shifts sustainable for YOU.

FOLLOW-UP SESSION

$175

Each follow-up session will be 50 minutes long and we’ll check in on your goals/expectations, review relevant resources (meal strategy, recipes, etc.), and address obstacles as they arise. In the beginning, we’ll typically meet once a week.

InTwoEat is rooted in the value of access to food and resources for all humans. Five percent of all revenue will be donated to World Central Kitchen, who provide meals in response to humanitarian, climate, and community crises.

If you are struggling with an active eating disorder (those who are engaging in behaviors such as purging, or those who are engaging in food restriction or bingeing once a week or more), please see the National Eating Disorders Association for referrals, or contact a medical professional.

  • InTwoEat specializes in working with adults (18 years of age and older).

  • Licensure statutes vary state by state. InTwoEat will work with clients who reside in California, Arizona, Colorado, Michigan, and Virginia.
